We barely do it. We coupon, compare ads, and buy what's on sale. We spend 200-260 a month for a family of four

I feed my family of four with 200 dollars a month. That's with chicken, rice beans, whole wheat bread, frozen fruits and veggies, fresh produce (but not that often), or when we buy fresh produce it will be a bag of Apple's which are really cheap, bananas. We lost an income which drastically cut our food budget.

I'm 5'5'' and currently 201. I've lost close to 18lbs and want to get to 145-155

I would speak to a health care professional before starting to diet with your history.

Meal prepping is a good way to help you keep on track. Buy beans and rice in bulk of because it's relatively cheap. Freeze meals, use a crock pot. I will be graduating in june. For a family of four I feed them all with 250-280 dollars a month. It's hard but I coupon and buy bulk o f items we use everyday.

Omg idk how anyone can hate fruits and veggies. They are so yummy!!

Nope. Was actually under weight until I had my first child. And have been over weight since then.

I've lost 16 lbs so far with no working out- but I have fell off the bandwagon and trying to get back on it.

Maybe your not eating enough. From personal experience I raised my calories by 150-170 and I started losing more eating at 1350-1370.

I use pamprin which has it in them. I don't really notice a difference but I sometimes gain up to 10lbs during TOM.

Cravings around your period could be because your deficient in something. I know personally for me, I am so hungry and thirsty a week prior and a week after my period due to anemia. I crave a lot of meat- which I don't necessarily like but If I want a juicy burger or something I'm going to get it. Hormones, and other…

You could always plan ahead or track my writing down what you ate. Just bring a small notepad with you-if you have to estimate estimate, and make healthy choices.

Probably anemic. I would speak to your gyn about those issues. Maybe take a slow-fe iron.

We have a few mom and pop stores that are outrageous. I spend about 220 on food for a family of 4. We buy one package of chicken a week and that's 12-15 dollars a package, then fruits and veggies. We buy most of those frozen now because it's just too expensive and never lasts longer than 3 days if we buy it from walmart.…

Yes it is! It was painful, took months for it to shrink!

Yes. I have pcos and get huge ones all the time on my ovaries. My biggest was the size of a grapefruit and I still did day to day activities.

I would weigh your food. I just started that, and I notice how much more I over eat when measuring with cups/

It all depends. When I was 140lbs years ago, and extremely active I was eating 2500 calories but would burn probably around 1000-1200 calories. Depends on activity level, height, age, etc.

I tried weightloss supplements first- no weight loss Then my doctor prescribed me adipex- was only eating 300 calories a day, and had the worst side effects heart palpitations, migraines, anxiety, and it stopped working after 1.5 months lost 40 ish lbs gained it all back plus more. Atkins- I did that for two weeks but was…

I'm scared to see me at my goal weight its been four years, can only imagine how much older I look now.

I really do not think it's from your tonsils. You being depressed and not learning to cope can cause you to over eat, like many people-including myself. You being a truck driver your more than likely not getting enough physical exercise. Just start making changes, see a therapist to work on learning coping skills, and just…

Could be many things, g.i. issues that can cause bloating, endo, other reproductive issues can cause this, heart failure. The list goes on, or it can be a weak abdominal wall. Go to a doctor, because we can't tell you what is wrong.

I have tachycardia. Even when I was thin, and very active my resting was always 100. My doctor thinks it may have been from having scarlettfever twice as a child-which is when the tachycardia began. Now I am on beta blockers because now that I am over weight my resting is 135ish (w/o beta blockers), and during my workouts…

I have the same issue!

I would talk to your doctor. I was 200 start weight with my second and my doctor wanted me to try to lose 10 lbs in the first trimester because I was so over weight. But, it can safely be done.
-
It could. I lost 15 but can't tell the difference when looking at myself .But were all shaped differently.

It's like one meal from a fast food resturant, I'm sure we've all done it at one point in our lives. Yes, they would still lose weight if thats their calorie allotment.
