Caused high blood pressure for me, dizziness, anxiety, stopped working after 3 weeks, yes was eating right and tracking. Stopped taking it gained it all back and then some extra weight. Just do it naturally.

I weigh myself everyday. In all honesty, it's unhealthy because it makes me obsessed about the number and if it doesn't move it makes me upset. I've been stuck for two weeks at the same weight so it's been annoying. I recommend doing it once a week.

I was hungry all the time on 21 day fix. I've had better luck in losing weight just using a food scale and mfp. I think 21 day fix is a great work out. Just hated the containers.

That show is just so unhealthy. People's of accounts of taking drugs to make weight etc. No one should lose that amt of weight in a short time, you learn nothing and you cannot continue with that lifestyle

No frozen meals. I haven't been drinking as much as I usually do. So maybe I am retaining water. I know it can't be fat because I'm not eating close to making me gain 2 lbs a week. I think I'll take a break from the scales.

I look up everything on the usda website, on packages of food I go by the grams now versus the actual serving size because sometimes the serving size is too much.
