I think this could be a great tool, and to use it to teach about nutrition. Yes, the parents are in control of what goes into the childs mouth etc, but at that age that child can walk into the kitchen and sneak food etc. Or maybe add activities you can do as a family, walks, playing catch, biking etc it will be good…

I think excessive sweating , dry mouth, anxiety are also some symptoms my friends have had on them. They had the quick success but it all came back when they stopped only eating 500-800 cals a day. But then they lost it the right way and did much better w/o the pills.

Yes and it was horrible. I lost 30-40 lbs gained it all back plus some because I was literally starving. Had heart palpitations and migraines horribly. It stopped working after 2 months. Yes, I'll be having it done through laparoscopy. I have suffered in pain for years, and horrible periods. I'm done having children so I don't mind them removing it all lol

Mine wanted me to stick to a 1600 calorie diet. My highest weight while pregnant with my now 8 month old was 227.

Or maybe they are trying to do it out of the kindest of their heart. Some times it may sound like ill intentions, but a lot of times friends and family means well. Unless their out right saying horrible names.

I think it depends on genetics, yes it is quite possible to get a thin tummy. Personally for me I have always had a pooch since my first c-section and my belly kind of hangs now, it got 10x worse after the 2nd csection.

I've been on both extremes (very thin, and now obese), I took "hey your getting too thin, or eat something" as a compliment, I much rather have someone say your getting too thin, then your getting too fat any day- in my personal opinion. Society wants you to be thin "thin is in", I would rather be looked at what looks good…

Do not be ashamed, you don't know their journey they could have been over weight and in really bad shape. I never seen or heard while in a gym of someone picking on someone. i understand where you are coming from, even though I know probably no one is saying anything about me, its my insecurities that get the best of me.…

I'm guilty of being a food and everything pusher lol. That's how we grew up, we share everything. I'll give you my last dollar if need be kind of people. I wouldn't take offense to it.

If its challenging, I would make prepared meals and take them to work or snacks that are proportioned so you get the calories your body needs. I preportion all my meals before hand and put what I'm going to eat snack wise in a little basket and pick from the basket throughout the day.

I would drop his booty like a sake of potatoes. When I have been called fat since I became over weight I just say "no sh*** sherlock, I must be blind." I don't get hurt by it, because I'm making strides on getting back to a healthy weight.

Exercise, eat right, with pcos you should lower your carb intake. I have severe pcos, and endometriosis, and I have just lowered my calories and started walking and have lost 13 lbs thus far.

I eat between 1300-1600 calories a day and have been losing 1.5-2 lbs per week, and do not work out that often. I'm also heavier my current weight is 206.

I am due to heavy periods that I get every two weeks. I take slow fe iron, so I don't get constipated, and I try to eat a green veggies. I'm getting a hysterectomy next month which will help with my anemia. Definitely talk to your doctor about your concerns

I did something drastic. I forgot what it felt like to be hungry, because the last few years I just ate and ate, and never allowed myself to feel hunger. I think it is fine since you started at a higher weight. I've lost 12.5 lbs in 4 weeks. I just lost 1.5 lbs in a day from starting my cycle, but this is probably all water weight. If you feel more hungry then add an extra 100, but 1600 seems like a good target. I personally strive for 1300-1600 depending on the day.

Thank you all for your responses. I'm just going to over estimate and eat good for the rest of the day. My husband and I are going to walk to the restaurant because I told him it gives us quality time and helps me burn those extra calories lol

Thank you. "NY" style is so different, our slices can be huge and the crust thin so its always hard trying to determine the amount of calories lol.
