i would just do calorie counting on here. I did weight watchers and never ate enough calories throughout the day-its the same concept but with points.

You need to eat more especially if you're working out. I would never be able to function at so low of calories while working out. I would try upping your calories you may be surprise, when I upped mine I ended up losing MORE.

Have you talked to your doctor about excessive swelling in the am, this could be a sign of something more serious.

This is how it for me. Some times I even gain after voiding my bladder. My weight varies 3-5 lbs a day.

Have treats everyday, if it fits have it! I know personally for me when I've restricted my favorite goodies, I end up binging horribly. So now I have chocolate, cookies, whatever everyday. I have a horrible sweet tooth so I make it fit lol.

I also save a ton of money on buying frozen vegetables. You do not have to go crazy with the shopping. You can truly eat whatever you want as long as it fits in your caloric allotment.

I have a house hold of four. I make chicken tacos extremly inexpensive, tossed salad with a slice of chicken on top, mixed veggies, veggie chili. I feed my family of four on 115 a week. Look on pinterest they have awesome budgeting plans.

My diary is open. My meals are not ideal, but I eat 1300-1500 a day.

You can do it. Think about all the things that will happen if you continue your old ways. I tell my self this every time I want to give up- do I want to continue to have high blood pressure, do I want to have a heart attack, stroke, develop diabetes. I eat treats all the time. Its about moderation. I eat chocolate everyday and just fit it into my calorie allotment. You do not have to give up everything to lose weight you just need to eat a calorie deficit.

I used them a few years ago I thought they were so disgusting. I wasted so much money on those things. Everyone I knew said they felt so much better having a shake or two a day. I did not see any changes in how I felt lol

The only thing I don't count is iceberg lettuce or romaine lettuce on sandwiches or tacos since I don't use much. But if I eat a salad I will count them

What are your stats, and how many calories are you eating? I know personally for me when I was eating too few I was hungry all the time, but when I upped them I am satisfied.

Yes I eat 1400-1500, and walk once in a blue moon and have been losing 1.5-2 lbs a week. I'm 210 lbs

I eat around 1400-1500 hundred and have been lossing about 1.5- 2 lbs a week. I 'm ten lbs heaver than you. But weight loss rates are different for everyone.
