I gained three lbs. I usually vary between 2-5 lbs. and mine doesnt go away until a few days after my cycle.

I would just eat a healthy diet, you should be good. They tend to increase your hunger and make you more sleepy so it can make you gain weight from that. I'm on a beta blocker that slows down my metabolisim, but I've lost weight since I've started.

Girl I will tell you. I have struggled for four years now with being at my heaviest weight I started at 220. I know how difficult it is. What made it different for me this time around, is I was tired of feeling the way I did. I got angry this time at myself, and what better way to get back at myself would be to lose the…

I did follow up with a healthy lifestyle afterwords. I was only consuming 200-500 calories at most while on. Thats considered starvation. Adipex wasn't made for this. Adipex was made for individuals going through certain medical procedures to take to supress their appetites. So it is considered a "quick" fix because your…

Kommodevaran, I'll have to try that. I have a sandwich every day for lunch, so I can probably subsitute the bread for lettuce or something.

My doctor is thinking about putting me on metformin to see if it will aid in weightloss. I'm slowly trying to cut carbs out, I'm trying to eat fewer. Like with pasta, I've been making veggie noodles with zucchini, instead of the pasta.

Thank you! I'm trying really hard, I have PCOS, so it makes it a little more difficult to get the weight off. Yes, I manage to stick to that amount, I track every bit that touches my lips lol, but its getting difficult because I'm hungry lol. Thank you for your help, its been a challenge re-learning to eat properly.

Thank you for the response. That's how I've been very sedentary for awhile due to my job, and school. I'll check the website out. Thanks!!

It maybe considered as a body dysmorphia. Just like anorexics they see themselves one way while others see them how they truly look. You can get obsessed with working out, remember even too much of a "good thing" is unhealthy. When I was younger I was working out constantly and I was sickly, my whole day would consist of…

Thank you for the response. I just started getting back in to walking more. I try to go for an hour walk daily to get me back into moving more.

Try not letting your arms kind of dangle, see if that helps. I notice when I bring them up my hands dont get tingly or as swollen.

I lost 40 lbs with it, and gained it all back in 3 months. Your basically starving yourself. Look out for heart complications as well. It's a quick fix, that doesnt last long.

yes, and i vary up to 4 lbs daily. I only do it because I'm curious lol

I started about two weeks ago and have lost 3 lbs. I just started doing calorie counts for exact amts last week. To get to a healthy weight I need to lose at least 50-60 lbs

Chips won't cause heart palpitations. But what my cardiologist has said they are very common in young women. You can get them more when your anemic, hormone changes from your period, dehydrated. I currently get them, because I have other cardiac issues. But if they are persistant, last long, you get short of breath dizzy…

I used adipex and gained it all back when stopping, because essentially you are starving yourself. They give that drug for people who have to get major surgeries so they don't have an appitite. Watch for high bp because that is known for that drug, and heart valve issues.

I have high bp and on meds. I'm 25, but I'm also very overweight. I would recommend cutting your sodium intake if you havent already. But it could also be genetic as well for you, since truly your not that over weight at all. My good friend is 120 and is under weight for her height, but has high bp and is on meds.
