Monday- Thursday I get 3 hours of sleep. Saturdays I sleep for about 6 hours and I sleep 8 hours on Sundays.

Mother of a 11 month old. I weighed 225 and I'm now down to 201. I'm trying to hit at least 160. But I would like to be 140. All I have done is calorie count and walk when I can.
