May 29 Weigh myself. I work in a school and weigh myself at the start of every holiday, so 6 times per year! :) Drink more water, including some hot water. Walk around a shopping area. Log all food.

Last October my jeans were UK size 22. Now they're UK size 18 and dropping off me so I'm about to buy new ones - UK size 14-16.
