I don't use oil. Just the calorie free butter non-stick spray from Wal-Mart.

194 to 153 at 5'2". Been using myfitnesspal since 1/2/18. I gained way too much weight having 2 babies back to back. I'm now down to my pre-pregnancy weight, but I'm not done yet!

When I'm feeling like I'm not losing weight like I should, I reduce my salt and increase my water intake. The scale almost always shows weight loss the next day. Water retention sucks.

I've been eating 1200 calories a day, but add 300 because I'm breastfeeding an older baby. I've been at it for almost a month, and have lost 8lbs. It's been maintainable for me. I'm 5'2" and 185lbs.

I try to make room for ice cream by the end of the night. If I have enough left over calories, then it's game on!

I have Netflix on my tablet. I watch a new episode of a TV show that I like while I run for a half hour. It's nice if you have a machine that you could set a tablet on. I got my elliptical off of a garage sale site on fb for $100. There are great deals out there :smiley:

I was 145 before I got pregnant, and was happy. Sure, my booty was big.. But my man wasn't complaining. Now I'm 164 and I can't wait to be 145 again.

Pre- pregnancy weight by daughter's first birthday June 4th. My cousin's wedding is the same day, and I'm seeing a bunch of family that I haven't seen in a while. The last time they saw me was when I was 180 right after my baby was born. I'm now 165, and I want to be 145.

In the beginning you lose more weight at a faster rate because it is water weight that you are losing. After that you get into a normal weight loss pattern.

I usually just eat frosted mini wheats, because it has most of your daily value of iron. Then I snack on something small like 2 hard-boiled eggs before lunch. I make lunch my largest meal of the day because I go to work right after, and need the calories for a busy job.

Rare occasions.. I try to find a subway.. Otherwise I try to fit the time in my schedule to make food. You can eat so much more if you make it yourself vs. A piddly burger or whatever.
