I'm supposed to be losing 2 lbs. Per week and it's not happening. I lost my first 15 just fine. Do you lose weight differently if you work out and diet instead of just dieting alone? I gained 75 lbs. while pregnant with my daughter. I'm trying to lose 2 lbs per week. Myfitnesspal says that I need to eat 1200 calories per day to do so.
