Ok, first how do I open up my diary?? I do tend to eyeball my portions, but I feel like I over estimate, just in case? If that makes sense. Thanks for all the responses, everyone! I did in fact have the wrong idea about what negative calories did. I log anywhere between 3,000 and 8,000 steps a day, but I don't do a lot of actual exercise (i.e. I don't log many intensity minutes, my HR never gets high enough). I'm working up to starting a good exercise regimen…
