Try Skinny Cow and similar snacks to start and slowly reduce the amount of snacks as you get used to. Do everything gradually so you can keep it up. Don't try to completely give it up

It definitely gives the guys an unfair advantage! TOM could completely derail a girl's healthy plan if you don't find some way to manage it. I really didn't know what would happen on that scale today and was feeling really bad. I'm down though thankfully

I'm not really sure. I just started back on my healthy lifestyle about almost a week ago which was during, but this happens to me every time. I didn't adjust my goals but maybe I should try that. I appreciate it

I added you. Thanks! I know you don't have to pay to lose. Sometimes paying my hard-earned money has served as a motivation to push harder so it's not money down the drain. This time I think not paying is a motivation to do it on my own! There's so many awesome resources out there for free anyway
