Ladies: Need time-of-month help!
Idk if it's just me or not, but when my cycle comes to an end, I want to eat a ton of carbs and almost can't control myself. I'm not sure if the water retained starts to go away and my body craves the carbs to hold it back or what but it makes things really challenging. Anybody else have that problem or have suggestions…
