Idk if it's just me or not, but when my cycle comes to an end, I want to eat a ton of carbs and almost can't control myself. I'm not sure if the water retained starts to go away and my body craves the carbs to hold it back or what but it makes things really challenging. Anybody else have that problem or have suggestions for avoiding eating everything in sight when that happens??

I have that problem before & during, instead of after because my body is doing extra work during that time, I increase my calories by 100 everyday; once those cravings & extra thirst begins. Possibly you weren't consuming enough, before & during, your TOM?0

I'm not really sure. I just started back on my healthy lifestyle about almost a week ago which was during, but this happens to me every time. I didn't adjust my goals but maybe I should try that. I appreciate it0

Your welcome. Another common problem, is that we mistake thirst; for hunger. Possibly try drinking water 1st & waiting as long, as comfortably possible; before giving into the craving.0

It definitely gives the guys an unfair advantage! TOM could completely derail a girl's healthy plan if you don't find some way to manage it. I really didn't know what would happen on that scale today and was feeling really bad. I'm down though thankfully0
