Dropping lbs is fun!

Well I'm two weeks in now and 6lbs down and feeling so excited and motivated about continuing! I've lost weight before and never really enjoyed the journey which is likely why I always gained it back. This time I'm all in and enjoying it! I'm eating awesome stuff that's really good for me and delicious and I'm never hungry, eating about 4-5 times/day! And if I do have something to eat that's not-so-healthy, I consider it a treat, not a cheat, and just try not to go overboard. If you deprive yourself all the time it will be hard to not go on a binge or just quit! This isn't a diet, it's my life from now on, and I like it. . .a lot! So thankful to have realized that! I don't even miss the other food I was having. Please add me. I love friends! MFP is so awesome
