  • Freedieting.com Put in your stats and then at the bottom there should be a drop down that says zig zag plan.
  • I do a zig zag plan that lets me average my cals for the week so I eat less for 5 days and then have my high days on the weekend. It's perfect because I'm not sabotaging and it's helpful for your matabolism.

  • Yeah you're not going to be able to selectively lose fat unfortunately. usually my stomach is the last to go.   • I'm 4' 11" 34 yrs. I have a small frame and carry weight in my midsection and almost zero on my butt and thighs so I feel and look fittest around 90-93 lbs. I have known people my same size who carry their weight toward the bottom and they look better with more weight IMO.
  • Sounds interesting... Maybe a way to get your body into ketosis in a few days then resume with other foods? I want to get into keto but I can never seems to get past 50% fat without going way over calories :(

  • I've dipped my toe in keto. Was in ketosis for about a week and 1/2 but it may have been to drastic because I couldn't get out of bed for a day or so because of the keto flu. I'm reluctant to do it again since I have my toddler to take care of all day. It was a rough one!
  • Yeah I guess Im more primal as I do eat dairy and Greek yogurt. Most people know paleo more than primal so when I describe myself I just say paleo instead of listing everything I don't eat. If someone is still confused I just say meat and vegetables! ;)
