It is, though. And by one meal, I mean a 2000 calorie meal! It's the timing that I find so odd. It's not that I think binging is all that strange or unusual; it's that it seems to happen only when the scale dips low.

Oooohhhh those are fun!!! I do like very strong resistance bands, but they do tend to exacerbate my tendinitis. I am prone to tendinitis and anything "pully" seems to set it off.

Yes, but you can't see it if it's on horizontal! The Charge is way better than the Alta, although it too is ugly and fell apart after 5 months, so that ain't so good either. You shouldn't have to thump something to get it to work, and you should be able to see it in sunlight.

Thanks for responding. I'm very careful on the protein, making sure that I take in a max of 30g per meal, with no more than 90g per day, and my protein intake is no more than 20% of my macros.
