Good responses, im gaining some strength but also some fat. Would upping my carbs any help or what should i do. My goal is strength and size where im a powerlifter but at the same time i dont want that powerlifter gut lol

Squat: 500 Deadlift: 560 Bench: 400 Ive been benching for years just recently in the past year started squats and deadlifts. 5'11" 192. Never weighed more than 200. Thats why im here is to gain!! Cheers everyone! Definitely some strong folks here!

My best lift so far has been on bench. Got 400 here touch and go. My best meet bench is around 385. My squat and deadlift is only around 500 but ive only been seriously training those lifts since last year.
