You're probably not eating enough. If you are under your daily allowance and not eating the exercise calories , you aren't fueled for the workouts. At some point, you will likely plateau and not lose weight. Your body will hang onto it to fuel the workouts

Contrary to popular belief, being short makes you more suited to running . Look at the elite runners. Paula Radcliffe is an anomaly at 5'9". Also , height has nothing to do with burning calories

What type of service are you jumping on? I used to get them bad years ago at home (concrete directly underneath my floor) vs the gym. Also, check your shoes
