So I can handle very low impact workouts with no problem. But as soon as any kind of jumping, even tiny little ones, come into play, I get bad shin pain. I stretch and warm up thoroughly before and after, and I'm 21 with no kind of injuries other than my back, so I'm kinda stuck. Anyone else have this issue?

Sounds like shin splints. I used to get them in a bad way. I'd recommend these: http://www.amazon.com/2XU-1987b-Compression-Calf-Guard/dp/B00591UO8S0

What type of service are you jumping on? I used to get them bad years ago at home (concrete directly underneath my floor) vs the gym. Also, check your shoes0

Yes the compression guard things from Amazon. They made a huge difference for me.

Yes, I get them from overuse. In your case I would be sure to work out on a softer surface (no running on concrete for example) and get a pair of YourSole inserts for your shoes. Highly, highly recommend them. Workout with as much padding as you can get0
