This may sound superficial but I was tired of wearing large sized clothes. It is inconvenient to cook at home. It takes a lot time. I cook most of our meals at home except on Saturday evenings when we eat out. It gets old after awhile but it is worth it if you are trying to be healthy.

For cardio I like dancing type workouts. I also like to cycle outdoors. I do like HIIT workouts there are several on Youtube. I also like Bootcamp type workouts.

Eat Garlic it is really good for your hair and nails. also there is a nails basecoat that has garlic in it. I went to school to be a licensed nail technician.

I don't do cheat days I just incorporate the foods I like to eat into my daily calories, i.e wine, pizza, burgers, fries, chips, candy, and ice cream.

I started with the HIIT for beginners workout. It was fairly easy to follow and challenging.

Falling to sleep quicker at night, having more endurance in my cycling, and having more endurance in my daily cardio/strength training. Also, changes in my body composition.

I was referring to food that has not been processed like most meal replacement shakes and bars. I'm not passing judgement I was just asking a simple question.

I agree! Saturdays are my going out to dinner days.

I do 30 min of cardio everyday, and strength training 3-4 times a week. Cycling at least once a week. Boot camp workout once a week.
