20IBS Since February 28th!
I'm very emotional today since I am at 179 pounds and have officially lost 20 pounds since I started this journey to health in February. I am almost the weight I was when I got married 9 years ago. I cannot wait to see what the next 20 pounds looks like, ready to bust my *kitten* and get to 130 pounds!

Anyone else tried this program before? I'm only four days in and have already lost.

13 Pounds in 122 days
Thanks to MFP and my exercise program I have been able to lose 13 pounds. I take mental health medication and have never been able to lose weight. For once I have kept up with my nutrition and exercise program and lost 13 pounds. I am also stronger physically and have more endurance.

Taking a day off
So I just finished a 46 mile bike ride and I really pushed myself pretty hard. I'm thinking I'll take the day off tomorrow with my workout, just to give my body a break. I have been working out everyday for the past month. Does anyone else take a day off after working out really hard?

Was thinking about doing Weight Watchers and MFP together? Anyone else doing and done this?

What is Clean Eating?
To me that means No packaged food? I.e potato chips, candy bars, frozen meals, frozen pizzas. But does that include rice, box cereal, and frozen veggies,or frozen fruit? What about milk, cheese, or butter? I eat butter and milk everyday.

Stay at Home Mom
Hello MFP friends, Looking for friends who are stay at home moms or dads. I have an open food diary, and am looking to lose 60+pounds. I workout 5 days a week and cook all my meals with the exception of Saturday evenings that is my eating out meal. Look forward to having you'll as a new MFP friend.

Real Food
I was just wondering who else eats REAL FOOD? No shakes, bars, or meal replacement anything, but real food.

How much exercise in a day?
I try and exercise twice a day. Cardio in the morning and some strength training in the afternoon. What about everyone else?

What is everyone doing for exercise?
I am a SAHM so I have several DVDs that I do at home. I walk to the library once a week with my 4 year old daughter. I also ride my bicycle once a week for 1-2 hours. I have a 45 mile bike ride coming up on Sunday. What about everyone else?

Best Mashed potatoes Ever!
Just wanted to let you folks know about these awesome, and amazing mashed potatoes. They are rich and indulgent and are worth every calorie. MFP says 1cup is 470 calories. Cream cheese, sour cream, and butter in your mashed potatoes. Talk about wonderful.
