    Eat what you want it you are hungry. The impact of meal timing is minimal at best.

    This. That idea that people need a post workout snack is coming from all those supplement companies that just want your money. Unless you're an athlete or bodybuilding, it really doesn't matter.

    I do it because if I don't eat imediately eat after my workout then there's no way I'm going to hit my calorie goal for the day. (Aspiring bodybuilder)
