I try and exercise twice a day. Cardio in the morning and some strength training in the afternoon. What about everyone else?

I run 5-20mi+ usually 4-5x/wk. Sometimes just roads, sometimes up mtns. Or gym treadmill. Have a bunch of races coming up so I'm pretty busy.0

Once per day either running or weigh training-calisthenics. One day-off0

Once a day with a break on Sunday. 40 minutes cardio (machine) and strength training program right afterwards. Twice a day (cardio in the morning and strength training in the evening) was what I used to do but I combine it now just to get it done. Works for me.0

I'm trying to lose weight so my routine is similar. I get up early, lift weights at a gym near my house then go to work and do cardio afterwards at another gym near my office. I do the the early weight lifting 2 maybe 3 days a week and the cardio 5-6 days. I'm not perfect every week, like this week I had something going on with my stomach and I only made it to the gym twice. Works for me because I don't have time to spend more than 45 mins at a time at the gym.0

I usually workout for 60 minutes a day. On my days off I try to get 2 workouts in if I have time.0

I do 30 min of cardio everyday, and strength training 3-4 times a week. Cycling at least once a week. Boot camp workout once a week.0

At the very least, one hour a night six days a week lifting. Two hours at the most. Sunday I reserve for a run or some body weight exercises at home.0

I weight lift 4x per week, about 1.5-2 hour sessions. No cardio. And lots of rest lol.0

I lift 6x a week for about one hour a day. Occasionally I'll come back or go in to do some foam rolling and stretching if I find myself with nothing else to do.0

Well ... I exercised 66 hours in March. Mainly cycling but also walking, swimming, kayaking and stair climbing.0

I train 5 days a week, from 1.5-2.5 hours a day. Plus a day of bodyweight correctives and mobility work.0
