I ride every week on Wednesdays 10-20 miles. And have a 45 mile ride called the Tour de Houston on Sunday.

I like fruit green apples, cheese, and nuts. eggs peanut butter, and avocados.

No I try not to I feel like I work hard to workout I do not want to defeat the purpose by eating back my hard work.

I also am on a 1200 calorie meal plan, I find if I limit my meals to around 300, I have 300 calories left for snacks and extras plus my extra calories from working out.

I'm right there with you a recent shopping trip gave me the push I needed to start working out again. Now I'm on it everyday. Even got my hubby to buy me a Fitbit. Add me if you want.

I need more friends to motivate me to stay healthy and workout everyday! I have a weight loss goal of 70 pounds by Thanksgiving.

I ride my bike weekly on Wednesdays 10-20 miles. I plan on riding in the Tour de Houston on March 20th 45 miles. I plan on riding consistently until then. The most miles I have is 54 miles.

I have decided to not eat as much bread, and no rice, potatoes, or pasta. I am eating my cereal.
