  • Can I join in (albeit with imposter syndrome)? I’m not sure if im in maintenance or just stalled but I’ve lost 35lbs over the last 10months and want to lose another 5-10, but since Christmas I’ve hovered around the same 3-5lbs. Any tips, support or just a nudge to stay on track welcome!
  • Just in case it helps, I suffer quite badly (and very suddenly) with vitamin D deficiency at this time of year if I don’t supplement diet. Even though I’m outside a lot, where I live there just isn’t enough sunlight, and I feel just like you describe. I take bit D all the time now on doctors advice.

  • Maintaining my weight through the holidays - abd it’s working! Logging everything, weighing daily, but eating at maintenance (giving myself enough room to enjoy special meals) is working. Come January I’ll be able to pick off where I left off without feeling like a failure. Feels amazing.
