There is no possible way for me to pick 1 favorite beer as it is varies depending on mood, location, weather and so many other factors. However, if I had to chose 1 I would like right now, I would go with either Pliny the Elder by Russian River or President's Club by Manfish Brewing. :)

Until I found out that it interacts with my BP med in a bad way (which explains my spikes in BP every morning at work, and here I thought it was from just being at work!), I would eat Grapefruit anyway I could get it. Honestly though, the pre cut cups made it easy and getting them at Costco was quite cost effective.

This morning was 597 - all fruit (Grapefruit, banana, pineapple and a nectarine) and I did have 2 slices (dry) of Dave's Killer Rye bread, which added 240 calories. I generally shoot for about 500 between my fruit and a little, very filling, salad (that's more of a mid-morning snack though because of my work schedule).

This time around? I think a big motivator for me is people I work with. I started on 1/15/16 and a couple weeks later a buddy of mine at work tells me his cholesterol level is 250 and asks me what mine is. Being bored is a big trigger with me. ironically, though, I don't really get that bored unless I am at work. I sit at a desk all day and I would snack all day if I could.

I would guess, # 2. I eat a Plant Strong diet and along with that comes the fiber. Today I will be at 62g (mainly from beans and an avocado with my lunch). I usually average 35-50g/day from beans and fruit mainly.

Vegetarian for 3.5 years, would prefer to be 100% Vegan. In my adult life I can honestly say that I have never felt better than when I went full vegan for a few months back in 2012. I miss those days. I have now been 99% Vegan for the past 6 weeks and loving it!
