I used mfp for a year and didn't use the friends feature. I would stop and start, lose interest in the app for months at a time, didn't lose any weight. Started using the community nearly 3 weeks now and Iv lost half a stone! I feel like they hold you accountable, encourage you when you lose motivation, seeing other people…

Hey! Have you thought about joining a fitness class? Sometimes working out with a group rather than slogging it out at gym can be a bit more fun..might get you back into the habit! And working out with friends keeps me motivated

I did by a generic fitness tracker watch thing but I never used it ..I think I'd use a Fitbit

Obviously Iv been eating the wrong things in large portions and not exercising..that's usually how people gain weight isn't it?
