Wow, I wish my mentality was as strong as yours, just think, everything it took for 96 lbs! Everyone has a few off days, just remember there is always a new day ahead to get back on track!

Hard boiled eggs, even tho they can be high in sodium if u eat to much of them, r super high in protein and may help u. Also, for a healthy protein snack, I bake chick peas. Hope I helped a little, good luck!
