40 yrs old. Looking to gain weight and bulk up.

Hello all. Had a eating disorder where I ate everything. Now that I lost 60lbs I can gain weight to bulk up. I exercise 6 days a week and can't eat enough. We can do this all. Let's motivate each other. I have been on both sides of this mountain. In here to help if someone needs a friend.

    Hard boiled eggs, even tho they can be high in sodium if u eat to much of them, r super high in protein and may help u. Also, for a healthy protein snack, I bake chick peas. Hope I helped a little, good luck!
