I've done this program on and off a few times now and think I might have finally found something that works for my body which is a little carb diet I've been using this app for religiously for about a month now and so far it's working I'm always looking for new friends to help motivate me and motivate others

I try not to schedule my cheat days but if I happen to be out with a group of friends and I want a burger and fries I will knowing that I did well during the month kind of makes up for that 1 bad meal I had

I don't get it I love milk sometimes I just drink a glass for protein and also to help gain extra calories if I'm really low by the end of the day

I have my fitbit synced I like it cause I can see how well I'm doing I try to stick to mfp calorie allowance but it help to know if I go over by 5 or 10 cal it's OK because of what I earned from my fit bit
