If you stick to it yes it as soon as you eat carbs you gain it all back. It helped me learn different foods to eat lower in carbs now I'm just balancing my carbs throughout the day and it has been working

I have seen where I start to get comfortable and more carbs sneak into my diet but I catch on to it quick so I try to control it b4 I let myself get to carried away

I started at 177 I'm down to 158 i lose 18 pounds so far I would say for fats about 100 grams sometimes I don't get that high depending on the day some times more

I lost 18 so far I have had days where I fell off for a little bit but I was able to get back on it want to lose another 13-15 more

Thank you so much I've never cooked with it b4 but I remember when I was younger I hated it but now that I'm older I have eaten it b4 pad Thai that I've ordered b4 and I don't mind it but I think the key is knowing how to cook with it

I have 2 goals in mind my self I originally wanted to go to 150 and I'm only 10 pounds off right now but my ideal weight I would love to be 140 I'm going to keep going but I will be happy once I get to 150 that would be a big accomplishment for me
