The absolute no calorie and actually good for me, my technique to fight those hunger bouts, just drink a couple of glasses of water.Kind of tricking your stomach that it has food or fullness, works for me.Otherwise I would eat a piece of raw vege or fruit.

I'm using the app and can see the daily total calories by the end of the day, can't seem to get to the weeks total and see it.Don't have the premium version.

Hello ladies! Good to find this group and to know I'm not alone.Started with MFP recently and so glad that I found it.Working out 5 days a week and just got ab exerciser today.Started my wt.loss journey.So far 10 Lbs gone and 50 more to go. We can do it! :)
