Down three pounds to 192. Freaked out over the weekend because I went up to 202 from pre-men water weight gain!!! I'll remember not to weigh myself the week before again! It totally discouraged me for awhile

One tall double chocolaty chip frapp (I actually don't like Thanksgiving food!) is how I will treat myself this holiday. Each month I have a cheat "weekend" where I stay within my BMR calories but go crazy on carbs... It just so happens that this month's weekend is next weekend! ;)

I would like to join too! (I know I'm a bit late to the party ;) ) My starting weight beginning of November was 200. Weigh in on Nov. 1: 3 pounds lost to put me at my current weight of 197. Goal weight by November 30th: 190. 7 more pounds, I can do this!

I ate a small candy bar a day in October and fro-yo weekly and still lost 10 pounds, just make sure you account for those calories and macros and you'll be fine! Lifestyle changes are more important than diets!
