Edinburgh here if you want add me - I know what you mean about the syncing of times - have US and Canadian pals and it's frustrating not being in the same time zone ( or even planet) sometimes!

I generally don't find that people are particularly supportive it's almost as though they hate it when someone tries to improve themselves - as though they want you to fail, I've lost 27lbs since February and damn proud of it too, but it's all been my own doing - single minded focus

Edinburgh here if you want British friends I've lost 20lbs in just over 2 months which I'm pleased with as I doubted I ever had the will power to lose even 1lb - MFP has really helped me - it's like a wee personal trainer on your phone

You are dead right there - I used to drink a couple of cans a day and now I never touch the stuff since I heard how much sugar is in it! It's utter poison!

The thing to watch out with most "low calorie" foods is that although they may be low calorie they are loaded with salt. When I started on this life change I tried a weight watcher ready meal, chicken curry and rice. It was awful and packed with crap - just saying beware not don't do it. It's your choice

I would say sedentary unless you do a workout 2 to 3 times a week in which case it's lightly active
