"Likes" and "Comments" Buttons

Anyone else having problems with the Likes and Comments buttons? I can't seem to like or comment on any of my friends (except one where I can comment) I have logged a report but I am still waiting on a reply

    Sometimes the likes and comments are unavailable. Don't know what's up with it but it usually clears up on its own.
