I use mine for cooking fish or chicken. It’s easy and a great time saver.

FAD diets don't work, are not long term sustainable, nor healthy. The word diet is thrown around way too much. Diet is the foods you eat. It's not Keto, Adkins, etc.

I have seen 8-12 hours.

I'm very strict during the week. On the weekends I enjoy myself within reason. Last weekend I had Korean barbecue, pizza, and Cheesecake Factory. I still lost 2.2 lbs. and my caloric intake is 2,050 during the week. However, I strength train 3 days a week, and do conditioning 3 days a week, so I'm burning a lot of…

Technically, you fast every night/morning. Hence, the first meal of the day is breakfast, because you are breaking your fast.

The half squat has no use. There is hardly any loading of the quads, and is not good for knee health. Rack pulls are actually useful, as are defecit deadlifts. Ask any athlete, or knowledgeable coach if half squats are even a least big useful.
-
I have to disagree. A proper squat should be at least paralell to the deck. If not, it's not proper technique. Just like if I only half chamber a round kick, it's not proper technique.
-
I absolutely wear a belt when doing squats, deadlifts, or heavy overhead press. It gives you something to brace against.
-
For a lot of people it's also their technique. They load weight before they have even a basic understanding of proper technique. I bet if you took the weight off, they would still half squat.
-
Form is absolutely imperative. I see a lot of guys in the gym half squatting. They are more worried about load than form. Form should be number one. It's just like Martial Arts for example. Speed and power come from proper technique. You don't tell a new student to kick as hard and fast as they can in the beginning. You…

Have you seen a Dr.?

Eat what you want as long as you meet your goals.
-
You need to pick an accurate starting weight for each lift. Start low so that you have room to progress.

Now that I'm eating in a caloric defecit, I have a protein shake about an hour before my workout. Then I have a fig bar on my way to the gym. If I don't, I feel hungry and don't perform as well.

I train six days a week. Saturday I take a break.

I'm building a home gym, and do my conditioning work outside. I hate winter, but I'll make do with training outside.

I'm not arguing that your individual needs will change overtime. I just don't like the word "cheat". If you are reaching your goals, then eat what you want. My caloric goal is set for 1lb loss per week. With the added conditioning 3 days a week, I'm burning a lot more calories. So I can eat more on the weekends, and still…

I'm far from being a pro or athlete. I just don't believe in food shaming or depriving yourself. If I eat strict 7 days a week, I'll go insane. Plus, it helps refuel my body for the coming week. Last Saturday I had Korean barbecue and pizza for dinner. Sunday we had Cheesecake factory. I ate within reason though. I didn't…

I do strength training three days a week, and conditioning three days a week.
-
It depends on what you are doing. I train 6 days a week, 3 strength and 3 conditioning. I eat what I want on the weekends within reason. It does not affect my weight loss at all. It's not cheating, but re-feeding.

My Fiancee loves it. Workouts can be modified. For example, my Fiancee bikes instead of running. Does step ups instead of box jumps. The most important thing is finding a gym with good coaches.

I have never heard of this, but a little googling, and I saw multiple sources stating nose breathing burns more calories. I sounds BS to me, but I'm not a sports scientist.

I do conditioning circuits on my non lifting days. Which is consists of tire flip, farmer carry, and slam ball. Three weeks in and my aerobic capacity has increased significantly. It has also been a huge help with my weight loss. As I grow my home gym, my circuits will change.

Most of those scales are +- 5%.

No one forces you to eat. It's about personal responsibility.

Get an amino acid supplement. I drink them every morning, and intra-workout. I still get as much protein from food as possible, but the amino's are a great way to supplement.

If you aren't competing, just use straps.
