I eat 120 calories of low fat greek yogurt with 150 calories of granola on top and then add fruit like a mandarine orange or a banana on top! Or I scramble 2-3 eggs with a glass of water and it keeps me full. Also, grits and oatmeal keep me very full.

I wouldn't say eating salads every day will do the trick, but if you slowly train yourself into eating good/healthy foods, you will eventually get to where all you want to eat is healthy foods. Staying under your calorie count each day wether it is good or bad food will eventually result in losing weight. But if you want to stay healthy and feel good then healthy foods would be the better option. :)
