I lost it around my waist but I still have my belly pouch. I had a C-section 4 years ago and unfortunately it's hard to lose the pouch.

I've been doing it for 22-25 days now but only lost 5lbs. I honestly don't see it, I did a before n after and still look the same. I do exercise 4-5 times a week. My biggest problem is the food I eat, as of yesterday I started eating better. I was eating better but still had bad food in the process. I kept listening to…

Some comments on here are really not helping. People can be so mean. Hun just watch what you eat n yes it's hard to do. Drink lots of water every day. And exercise! I exercise 3-4 days out of the week. Get on the treadmill, once you start losing weight work on strength. Best of luck to you, add me for support :)

I do both (if that makes since) but it does fluctuates. My weekly is on Tuesday, I just weigh myself this morning and I lost 3.6lbs

I try to add my daily intakes as accurately as possible, and I do portion control. I had maybe 3-4 spoons of the meat and pasta, then I had a seltzer water

I do follow mfp, I'd have 400-600 calories left and don't use them. Yup I'm doing this all wrong. I'm planing to start weight watchers soon.
