How often do you weigh yourself?
Some people on MFP weigh themselves every 2-3days. I do it every Tuesday but I think I might change it to every 2 days just to monitor my progress/failures. How often do you weigh yourself? How does it help throughout your journey?

Losing inches and weight but not belly fat.
Hi everyone, I am eating better, drinking about 5-6 cups of water daily. I'm also eating healthy, I do exercise about 4 to 5 times a week. However, I can't seem to lose any belly fat. I've lost 6.6lbs in a month, I do have one cheat day out of the week. What am I doing wrong? Help!!

1200 calorie: dinner ideas.
Hi everyone, I mostly struggles with what to make/eat for dinner. After my exercise, I get home around 7:15-7:30pm so usually eat at 8-8:30pm, not a really good time to eat dinner. Any tips on healthy dinner? ~thanks!

Trying everything!
Hi everyone, I'm trying to lose weight and my stomach! I currently have a sweet sweat waist trimmer, im taking super colon cleanse, exercise every day and watch what I eat. I even starve myself n just drink water which I know is bad for me. Anyways, any tips will be nice
