Hi everyone,
I am eating better, drinking about 5-6 cups of water daily. I'm also eating healthy, I do exercise about 4 to 5 times a week.
However, I can't seem to lose any belly fat. I've lost 6.6lbs in a month, I do have one cheat day out of the week.

What am I doing wrong?

Help!!

There is no reason to think you're doing something wrong. You're losing inches & weight and lost 6,6 in a month! All of that is GREAT! Did you lose inches around your waist? Then you're losing belly fat. We lose fat at diff rates in diff areas of the body and you can't control that. Just keep up the good work!!

I lost it around my waist but I still have my belly pouch.
I had a C-section 4 years ago and unfortunately it's hard to lose the pouch.

Belly fat is hardest to lose of all. You need to be very accurate with your calorie counting, get into a good lifting program and lots of patience.

Give it time you did not get that belly in a month and you won't lose it in a month.

This plus everything else that has been said. I'm not sure how much you have to lose but don't be surprised if your belly fat is the last fat to go. As in you may get down to the last 5-10 pounds and find it's mostly belly fat.

It's not a quick fix. You will loose fat from all over your body. Not in one specific area.
