Hello everyone, I weighed 137lbs and currently weigh 132.6lbs (2 weeks).
Now I don't see any differences, people say I look different...my pants are slightly loose. However I still have my lovely «back abs» on my back. Anybody knows how to get rid of them? Please, Please share your tips. I've been eating healthy and exercise everyday except yesterday. I don't feel any different.

You're honestly just going to have to keep plugging away at it. There's no such thing as spot reduction. Fat leaves where it leaves (genetics, etc). Just keep at it. :)

I understand! I've lost 20 pounds total now, and from the front, I'm starting to look pretty good, but from the back? BUTTER ROLL CITY! bleah. It would be so nice if we could just spot-reduce and pick and choose where to lose, but alas, gotta just keep working.

I'm not totally sure that I know what you mean...could you explain more?

Are you building sufficient muscle in your back? Swimming is great for this, as is rowing, and of course weight lifting.

Arghhh the worst. Congrats of losing 20 pounds!!! I hope I can get there as well.

Try lifting with a with lat and shoulder focused exercises. That will help grow and tone the muscles, which in turn will tighten up the skin and reduce the appearance of the excess hangover.

Kidney fat maybe? I'm also not sure OP! I thought you were saying you have a muscular back!

Keep doing what you're doing! The "rolls" will go away eventually, as you lose more weight.
