I've never really stopped going to the gym, but I only pump. Now I'm going all out starting with jogging 1 mile a day for week 1, hopefully. I need to lose 1.6kg a week to meet my goal in 3 months.

Just moved to Montreal Quebec for University and work! I am a Habs fan, until the playoffs. Starting to think playoffs are set up, but the rest is fun. More of a football fan though.
