Intensive startup, looking for partners

Hey guys,

I downloaded this app a while back then just never re-installed on my new phone. Started out at 102 kg, give or take.. ups and downs to finally be here, at 108 kg.

I'm starting now, intensively. It's hard for me because everything I do is seated; architectural drafting and graphic design.

I'm looking for people that will motivate me, help me push further. If you have a weight issue and want to go all out, hit me up!

5'10, 108 kg now, the goal is 91 kg in 3 months tops!

    Hi There, I had this app a while ago too but never really used it. I wanted to give up smoking before I worried about dieting.
    I now haven't smoked for 4 months :) so its time to do this weight loss thing.
    My target is to lose 2 stone.
    I am starting now and hit the gym today for the first time EVER!

    I've never really stopped going to the gym, but I only pump. Now I'm going all out starting with jogging 1 mile a day for week 1, hopefully. I need to lose 1.6kg a week to meet my goal in 3 months.

    I've been at this for a couple of weeks and so far have been doing well aside from actually doing cardio. What are your workouts?

    I love working for bulk. Heavy weight, small reps. I usually do 2 muscles a day, legs have their own day. 5 minutes of cardio to start it off; probleme is I get bored. I can have a great month, then I just get the blues and don't feel like it anymore.. or I get sidetracked by work, like today.. should have already gone, but I'm procrastinating since I've got a ton of work. I will go though, always hard to start up again..

    My goal is to run jog or walk 1 mile on the treadmill then get some core down- abs, legs, butt.
