No particular reason why, it's just I have to rock back and forth in order to get my legs up there. I went over my calories yesterday by about 600, but I had already pretty much had that saved up from the rest of the week. I savoured every mouthful of those sinful calories ;)

I do every morning after using the bathroom. I then log it into Libra. At the weekends, as I work out in the morning, I tend to hop back on the scale after the gym just for the pure vanity of knowing the scale will go down a bit more! I don't record that though, since it's just water weight as it's lost sweat.

I'm getting married in August too! I have lost 10 pounds in the past 8 weeks and have about 23-28 more to go. I'm aiming to be around 140-145 by mid June. Even if I lose at a pound a week I'm happy, which will put me a further 14 pounds down. I'm in it for the long haul after all!

This kind of works for me. Immediately after I'm not hungry at all, but about an hour or so later I would be peckish. If I only had a snack though it would satisfy me. I get hungry, but not massively to the point I want to eat the fridge.
