Please don't make me give up my morning coffee. I drink it black. ): I drink teas during the day that are caffeine free when I want something hot. Satisfies my midday coffee craving (I like the taste, not so much the caffeine in coffee).

I cut up half a banana in mine or sprinkle a bit of "Pumpkin Pie" spices and nutmeg. Sometimes I'll put flax seeds in it with a drizzle of local honey (for allergies). And I love it plain too - oatmeal rocks!

Half a cup of low sodium black beans and a pouch of Star Kist low sodium tuna all mixed together, lol. It sounds gross, but it's actually really good with a little bit of extra seasoning.
