  • Thats a really great way to look at it... And i have been jumping on the scales every day expecting to see something. I am giving myself a two week scale ban and i will see how i go from there. You are so right... I need to focus on how great i feel! Thank you! Xx
  • Well this week everything ive eaten has been prepared by my own loving hands LOL but regardless, I dont drink enough water so thats my goal for tomorrow!!

  • Yes... For the first time In my life i am religious about recording every single thing. I am weighing food and even underestimating exercise to make sure i Dont input too much... Ie i will say 1/2 an hr walking when it was really 45 mins. Accuracy isnt the issue this time. No cheating :)

  • My concern though is that nothing is happening at all. I dont expect to lose half a stone. But i did expect perhaps a 2lb loss. Considering my weight, and that i probably ate 3000 calories per day and ive literally halved it.... I assumed SOMETHING would happen. But literally nothing.
  • I knowww... Its just u see these people on slimming world who lose 6lb in a week!! I guess my body is just in shock from all the years i treated it badly!
