Just started today. I'm not vegan but I'm trying to go gluten free And only eat very little meat. I'm in search of support and lots of it please add me. This isn't my first time I have lost weight but recently I had back surgery and have failed and gained weight again. Today, is a brand new day to start again.

At current time I can't walk. Walking 5 feet is a struggle. But I'm going to try. In two weeks I find out if I'm getting surgery. I just had a spinal epidural steroid shot in my spine. Hoping it will help. In meantime I got to lose this weight
