I'm on a diet where I only eat meat one meal per week. Rest of the time is veggies and fruit and occasionally shrimp or eggs... Not sure what your diet restrictions are but you are welcome to friend me, my diary is open.

I like to eat veggie burgers they help with the cravings, but if you really want a beef burger you can sub half the beef with cooked lentils or some other legume. You might not save on calories but you will save on fat and get an extra serving of vegetables

Sandwiches can be healthy and low calorie. Making pasta dishes with veggies as the noodles is easy if you have a spiralizer, $10 at Walmart or Walgreens in the as seen on TV section

Also we cut way back on meat and that saved us quite a bit. When you only eat 4 oz of chicken each, a bag of frozen chicken breasts lasts quite a while!

Your body may not be ready to handle exercise right now, but much of weight loss is diet. Obviously your doctor knows your whole health picture so you can certainly ask them if it would be safe for you to cut back on calories which would help you lose weight.

I snack all day long, just make them healthy! Nuts, fruits, veggies, yoghurt, and wheat thins!

I also lost 20 lbs in two months, 15 in January and 5 in February. In January I did a low calorie vegetarian diet and in February just a regular low calorie diet. Also looking to lose 20 more by my birthday in July! Anyone can friend me!

I just focus on eating under my regular calorie allowance I don't eat back my burned calories, the higher the green number at the end of the day the better, just means a larger deficit!

Do you remember how good you felt last year when you lost that weight? You should hold on to that feeling not the negative feeling about what you've gained back. Positive thinking can be the best motivation.
