Hi, I'm Nell and have over 100 lbs to lose. I'm trying to get healthy after 20 years of having an ED, so not skipping meals, no binging and regular workouts are important and kind of new to me. I'm 35, from Germany and really looking forward to the challenge! :)

You do realize being fat doesn't always mean someone weighs so much they can barely walk, has Type II diabetes and is completely unfit, right? I'm fat - severely obese to be correct - but still manage to walk my dog 2 hours a day, to ride a bike and to use the stairs without getting out of breath. So far my only injury…

I can burn calories in my sleep but I need to be conscious to eat... therefore I declare burning calories to be easier. ;)

My dog definitely made me walk a lot more and I haven't gotten sick once since she moved in. Just keep in mind a puppy will not immediately need long walks, discovering the world around them slowly will be more important for the first few months. That includes standing in the pouring rain for 15 minutes until puppy decides…
