  • Been for a gym and swim today. Feeling nervous for weigh in on Friday as I had 1 bad food day, fingers crossed the exercise this week will have made up for it. How's everyone else doing?
  • I'm thankful I'm starting to fit in some clothes I could no longer wear, still a bit tight and some I still can't wear, but such a good feeling and shows I'm getting there.

  • Don't know how good I'd be as a captain but I do log in every day and I'm willing to give it a try.
  • Glad I don't submit my weight until Friday as I had a bad day yesterday. Ate way too much and didn't log my food as way too embarrassed to know how many calories I actually ate. By far my worst day since starting MFP. Back on track today though and looking forward to helping our team do the best we can.
  • I need to wake up tomorrow and put today behind me. First time I've not logged everything I've eaten because I've eaten way too much. Feeling annoyed at myself but won't let it ruin my journey.

  • I'm guessing by this comment you don't suffer from food intolerances. They are far more than 'annoying'. I can't eat dairy, gluten, vinegar, mushrooms, a lot of different fruits, yeast.   • I got the DVD on Thursday and had a go at level one on Friday. It was hard but I love it. Did alternative exercise Sat and today I have a cold so just went for a long walk instead. Hoping I feel better in the morning so I can start it for real.
  • This week I lost 0.6 lbs. The coming week I have to work on not weighing every day as is really doesn't help me. And I have a new exercise dvd which I hope to do every day, started it today and I love it.
  • For me they are of equal importance. Eating well, nutritionally, is important for my overall health (there's a lot I CAN'T eat) and exercise is important for improving my fitness and shape.

  • Not sure what happened go the rest of my post. 2. Found I can eat only 1200 calories and not get hunger pangs. Just need to make the right food choices 3. Struggling to get enough iron in my diet. I think I'll start taking a supplement because it could explain why I get so tired.

  • @JeffFit70 thanks for the list. I may give IF a go, I often force myself to have breakfast because we are told we should have it but maybe missing it a few times won't hurt me. I only drink water so not drinking calories works for me, although I do make sure I drink soya milk to get calcium. Only thing I really disagree…
  • Happy to say I'm going back to karate on 19th March. Went and spoke to instructor tonight and I'm very excited about going back, and my 15 year old daughter is even more excited, it's been her I'll health which made us stop going.
